How To Do It

  1. 1 Sit sideways next to a wall
  2. 2 Swing your legs up as you lie back
  3. 3 Scoot your hips as close to the wall as comfortable
  4. 4 Arms at your sides, palms up
  5. 5 Breathe naturally for 5 minutes
  6. 6 Bend knees to come down slowly
